When I start Hearthstone and select the Hearthstone game mode, I’m taken to a screen that says:
“The ladder ready deck trial period is over. Choose your free deck now!”
When I click to choose my free deck and press the Free button, I’m asked to confirm — but after confirming, nothing happens. The game stays stuck on that screen, and I can’t exit or access any other menus or game modes.
I’ve already tried restarting the game several times and even completely uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the problem continues. I’m still stuck on the “Choose your free deck” screen every time I log in.
Steps to reproduce:
Launch Hearthstone
Select the Hearthstone game mode
Message appears: “The ladder ready deck trial period is over. Choose your free deck now!”
Click “Free” and confirm
The game becomes stuck on that screen — no way to exit or proceed

Please help — I can’t access any part of the game at all.
