I purchased the shadowlands battlegrounds pack and was NOT rewarded with the Fizzy or Dragonspeaker Bob tavern portraits. I did receive the Ragnaros portrait for purchasing the summer bundle, however. Not sure if I should contact support for this matter as well, but I am posting this under bugs as this must be a bug, seeing as I did not receive the reward. From what I can see, they are meant to be obtained through purchasing the shadowlands battlegrounds bundle up until August 30th. Which is 27 days from now.
Have you set the Tavernkeeper in your Battlegrounds Collection?
Yes. This is how I know I was awarded Ragnaros from purchasing the summer bundle, but neither of the others.
neither Fizzy nor Dragonspeaker Bob are listed in the list of skins you get from the shadowlands pack or the beach pack so either they forgot to add em there or the wiki has wrong info on it and they will be available later
