Tomorrow when the tavern brawl hits do we get the legendarys that were offered in the pre orders? Or do we have to wait for November 4th for those

You will recieve the legendary cards from the preorder packs tomorrow. You will see them in the main menu when you start the game after downloading the patch.

To add to what Joachim said, you’ll get them but you’ll only be able to use them in the tavern brawl. You’ll also be able to open any Timeways packs you have but the cards are locked outside of brawl until the expansion goes fully live.
