Email and Newsletter problem

At some point in the past I didn’t want to receive any email from Blizzard and Hearthstone, so I opted out through account preferences. After a while I wanted to get them once more, so I changed those preferences again, but after a long time now I still don’t receive any (not even in the junk/spam folder).

During that time I’ve contacted support 2 times reminding them of my issue, but no help came from them, pointing their fingers at Hearthstone devs team (Quote from a Blizzard Support GM: Rest assured the Hearthstone team is still looking into that, however we don’t have a workaround we can offer for the time being).

Can anyone help me further?
