Eligible for the new deck as a returning player, but not getting the quest line to receive it

I recently submitted a ticket to Blizzard Support, because I wasn’t getting the “Legendary Quest line” promised to returning players as a way to get my free deck.

I meet all eligible requirements to be receiving a free deck through the Legendary Quest line.

Support concluded that I was, in fact eligible to receive the deck, but told me to go to the Bug Report forums, as it isn’t anything they are able to help with, or fix.

That blue post was slightly outdated and a new rank system was put in place as part of the requirement. Others have mentioned the deck appears after completing it or skipping it.

Can you check that you are not in the new player rank? It should be under Options > Misc > Skip
