Duel mode doesn't work and passes are spent and gold too!

duel mode doesn’t work !!! (I don’t know how much I spent on passes and gold) I tried to go to normal mode and heroic and the game writes every time “Failed to create a match in duel mode. Try later.”
passes are spent and gold too !!! This is very unpleasant, especially when you spend money on the game!

There are alot of us that arer having this issuse. So far no blue post on any fixes. I have had this issuse since the expac came out. I have opened a ticket and was told “we are currently investigating this on our side.”
