Hi. I also have the same problem - I have YouTube connected to my Blizzard account, watched 4+ hrs of the GM Week 1 last weekend but never received my free packs. Were they awarded to my account but they haven’t been delivered? Hoping this gets resolved.
Played with PC, sat down at iPad, did not help.
I join the problem. I watched the broadcast for a very long time, and more than 4 hours. I have not received the promised kits yet. Where can I go for a solution to my problem?

I watched Hearthstone Grandmasters 2021 more than 4 hours, account is connected. Still don`t have any packs for 1 and 2nd weekend. Asys#21891 EU.
I had similar issues but when I logged in to HS on my phone I got the pack
Unfortunately I have the same problem. I been watching more than 8 hours for last 2 weeks and didn’t receive any packs. Accounts are connected and I have icon which proof that.
Help us please to receive packs!

Same here watched 2 weeks over 4 hours per week. No packs received. Very disappointing. Seems there was an issue with the YouTube battle.net connection, as YouTube reported them connected.

I’m copying in here a message I posted on my thread ‘‘Account linked to youtube correctly, not receiving packs’’.
[I submitted this Ticket Number: EU77429848 as me and another friend did not receive the packs.
‘‘I am not receiving the Forged in the Barrens packs despite having the bnet and youtube accounts linked. I watched all weekend of GM last week (minimum 12 hours) yet I received nothing, this week 4+ hours, yet nothing again. Another friend who plays on phone received the packs and we did it at the same time watching the games together, instead a friend who plays on pc is having the same issue as me, no packs being given. We did everything correctly, the same exact thing. I connected the accounts prior to watching the GM streams as instructed. I thought the rewards would be given later on, but then other people received them so there clearly must be a problem’’
I did what support suggested but it didnt seem to solve anything. What I would like to know if this is a bug, as after following the instructions youtube said ‘‘connected’’ (I am 100% certain I linked it to the correct bnet account), however I just now checked my connections on my bnet account and while it said ‘‘connected’’ to facebook, it did not say ‘‘connected’’ to google. So why is youtube saying connected but then it doesn’t actually connect it? I had to do it manually afterwards. Could that be the issue? I am accessing youtube with my google account, and I don’t see ‘‘youtube account’’ in that section, there is only Apple, Facebook, Google, Xbox Live, Nintendo, Playstation Network. I can provide further info if needed]
Even though I have watched Week1 and Week2 for more than 4 hours each with the correct procedure and surely linked with youtube, the pack has not been distributed yet. As far as I know, no one got Drops on Japanese broadcast. Please deal with it.

Same problem here. Almost seen all Europe GM and nothing since the second week (for some reason it worked on the first).
Can we hope to get them soon ?
Alright, I’m glad I’m not the only one with this issue (actually A LOT of people are not getting the packs from drops).
So… is this going to get fixed? Or are Youtube Drops cancelled for good?
Well, since I have not received any packs for enduring the YouTube productions, and I made a couple of screenshots to prove that I did actually watch them, and I filed a trouble ticket and was sent here by Support…
Since I am not receiving credit for watching,
and I have given up on seeing a resolution to this problem,
Blizzard is not receiving credit for having another subscriber.
I have unsubscribed from the Hearthstone YouTube channels
and disconnected my Blizzard account from YouTube.
I don’t know what else to do to make my point.
