25, and if you don’t have the Galakronds, open a DoD pack.

The “5 free Galakrond for logging in” part has expired, now you’ll have to open a DoD pack to get them similar to the C’Thun/WotOG.
I can confirm that you still get all free galakronds as well as the two taunt minions that invoke him just like before for just buying a DoD pack.
Tried this with both a new different/alternate region on my current account and on a completely new account.
