Many Japanese player reports that they are sometimes disconnected from the game in Asia server after Patch 17.4.
This issue occurs sometimes in both BG and Play mode, and it doesn’t seem to happen in EU and NA server.
The cause of problem is unknown, so many japanese player is confused and unconfortable in playing HS.
This issue causes many japanese player to quit HS and stop streaming HS.
If you know this issue, I’d appreciate it if you would announce this from Blizzard Japan.
Additionally, HS has many bugs listing below.
ex)
- Not displayed correctly friend Legend rank.
- sometimes can’t be show in spectator mode.
- can’t challenge correct opponent in friend battle mode
I am holding competition of HS in Japan, and these bugs bother me to stream.
I would like you to prioritize bug fix and annouce it also in Japan from now on.
