Completed a Ranked Standard game against someone who had the Hakkar card back, but did not receive it myself after the game was done. The achievement is still incomplete.
I am in Apprentice rank, and I believe the opponent conceded the match. Does that affect whether I can receive the card back or is this a known issue?
I’m not sure about your opponent conceding the game but you won’t get it if you yourself had conceded the game. The game must be finished either by winning or losing the game.
You will also not recieve the card back if the game ended to early which I think is the case here. Your opponent conceded and you won the game but the game has to be played for a certain amount of time.
Okay I see, I didn’t think there would be some kind of minimum time invested into the game for to count as “completed” for the sake of the achievement/card back (if that really is the case and what happened here).
From what I remember we went til about around 10-12 (I’d estimate ~10ish minute game) before they conceded, so I’d imagine that would be enough time spent…

I’ve just won in standard (no concede) and didn’t get it.
I’ve just won duel with mate who has card back. Game last 14 mins. No card back
Just encountered another player in arena with the Mark of Hakkar back. Our game probably lasted for 30-45 min. I won and there was no conceding. I did not receive the back.
