Can we have Diamond and Gold cards that we pass before the store is available, such as Sea Guide Sir Finley and Gold Blademaster Okani, and I’d love to collect an all-gold deck

Also, card packs have a chance to give you a gold card. Or you can upgrade a regular card to gold with enchanting dust.

Most Diamond cards are obtainable by collecting all the cards of a certain expansion. For example, Sir Finely’s Dimond card is obtainable by collecting all the card in the Sunken city set.
There are some Diamond cards you get buy buying them, but those are few.

Sir Finely’s Dimond card and Blademaster Okani’s Golden card were given by buying Sunken city Hearthstone Pass so there is no way now
