Seems like you have such a small pool of class cards to choose from when creating your own custom deck its like half of them are useless and the other half are OP and you have like 20 cards to choose from (that limits your deck building capabilities by a lot)
Just make every class card avaliable for all classes 
and tweek hero powers accordingly to win rates
