Hi, I sent two report ticket, in the first one I reported the Asteroid shaman deck missing, in the other my collection gone crazy. I paste the text of the two ticket below:

Few weeks ago I selected the Asteroid Shaman as free deck but it is missing in my collection right now. Can I have it back please?

From what we are able to verify, nothing was removed from your account, Vladimir. As we are unable to provide cards to players, if not working as intended, we can recommend in this situation to submit a bug report on the Hearthstone Bug Report Forum. So the Developers can investigate further and ensure this was updated properly.
Reports posted on these forums have the benefit of allowing a community discussion around high-impact bugs, which can help in prioritizing them for a fix. Customer Service doesn’t have the know-how or the tools to verify or fix bugs. I appreciate your understanding. Hi, I already sent a ticket reporting that my free asteroid shaman deck was missing, but something stranger happened:
Before I read the answer on the last ticket, I enter the game and I received the season rewards as I never enter the game since february but it’s not the case, I played few hours yesterday and I noticed the missing deck. But it’s way more stranger, because I lost my progression at the event, my last purchasing of the last mini-set, the record of my latest games (in standard and BG), and my odin warrior deck, the evil deck, the newest frizzabaum deck are missing !
BUT the asteroid shaman is back!

I read what you wrote to us. Allow me to apologize for the inconvenience caused by this situation as I am aware how frustrating it is.
While we are glad that the deck was back, we recommend trying to reinstall the game to address the other issues you encountered.
If the stuff you reported missing were still missing after reinstalling the game, we recommend reporting this situation via our bug report forums https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/hearthstone/c/bug-report/8, so that our developers investigate what’s going on with this situation.
I am aware you’d have preferred to get an immediate solution since you reported these issues to us. However, some issues can only be investigated and then sorted out by our devs.
