I keep gettin an error that states “Closed the game was unable to log you in through the Blizzard services. Please wait a few minutes and try again”. Im on version 10.14 and I am able to load other blizzard games through battle net. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled several times and have not had any luck. This. issue has been going on for a week. Thanks in advance.
Hey, Drakenstar! Thanks for the details! We usually see this issue because of an outdated version of the application or Blizzard agent, or file corruption within the Application.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Application? Make sure to delete the Cache and Tools folders, as well as the preferences before reinstalling in the uninstall article. Once those files are removed, reinstall the Application.
If it continues, are you able to try a different connection to test?
