I can no longer play in heroic duel mode. Despite a complete uninstall and reinstallation of the game, it is still impossible for me to start my duel game engaged. I am at 0 games played, just after duel building, so I cannot give up the duel, but when I try to start the game I always receive the message : "There was an error starting your game. Please wait a few minutes and try again”. it’s from yersterday

I have the same issue from tomorrow
I had the same problem with the Windows 10 desktop app since yesterday. What solved the problem for me was to play a duel using the smartphone app. After that i could also play it under Windows again.
EDIT:
This problem seems to be related to the created deck. In the smartphone app I had to create a new duel deck, although I had created one before in the Windows 10 app.
In another thread(Can't play Duels - #18 by Zero-2869) someone mentioned that clearing your deck and then recreating it also solved the issue.

Thanks , lauching from mobile actually solved my problem, i had to recreate the deck aswell
Unfortunately I have this issue on my mobile also and I have already played with this game so I canť just clear the deck like in the thread so I think I will retire it and hope it will start working with next deck
