Cancel queue for game

Multiple times I have experienced the following:

  1. Queue for Game
  2. Phone rings, sudden need to pee, Noticed I was out of mix for rum & coke, phone rang, and/or - not mutually exclusive
  3. I cancel the queue. (which 9/10 can’t be done because the queues are so fast, PITA)
  4. Upon return/ready to queue again, it queues, then reports sometimes an error, and always force exits of the game.
  5. Upon reloading the game, I am forced into rejoining a match never started as per #4.

WTF is wrong with your prog?

Edit 4320 mins later: No solution from Blizzard, no solution from the community based support that Blizzard promotes as the end all be all of fixing problems. Go Figure.
