Whenever I try to open Arena (on another account) the game stops loading. The circle around the hearthstone symbol moves slowly, but nothing happens. This issue happens on iOS.

Same here , the problem i`m sure it is because i had a very old arena run that i never finished .
I cant find a way to retire the run because the arena UI never opens the circle keeps spinning .
Same. I’ve just come back from Hearthstone after a long break. I’ve played battlegrounds and solo adventures successfully, however the game stops working when I click on Arena in the “Choose a mode” tab. I have tried the repair tool and I have uninstall/reinstalled. I have also removed my deck tracker.
That’s got to be it. It’s my father’s account and he had an old arena run that he never finished. Do we know if Blizzard is tracking this bug?
Not sure. Seems to be a recent issue since there is only one other post that has been made about it. Hopefully they know.

Hey, all! We’ve informed our Hearthstone team about the issue. With it being the weekend, we may not see much til the weekday. Our customer support team have been able to replicate the arena issue on specific accounts. Thank you for your reports!

Yes you can load a picture of the arena UI and click where the Play should be , then you can concede or play to get the arena to end . But then it never ends somehow . I wanted it to end quickly at 0/3 but i`m stuck in a loop at 0/2 .
I didnt even try to win to see what happens , since its an ancient arena rogue deck probably have no chance . Should go for 12/2 since basicaly you have infinte lives

Ive just returned from a 6 month break, and Im experiencing the same issue, cant open the arena. If I spam click around eventually itll put me into a game with my old deck from 6mo ago which is stuck at 11/2 and cannot be ended by winning or losing each new game is just at 11/2 again. It freezes on the click to continue screen after each game and you have to restart hs. Ive just puchased the tavern pass with arena runs which i cant use now, super frustrating!
Same exact issue here. Click on Arena, and the symbol just keeps slowly spinning, have tried it on Win 10, and Mobile…same issue.
Apologies in advance for poor english. Same problem. The play button works and I groped for it and even played it, but after a defeat / victory - all that remains is to exit the game and re-enter, since it is no longer possible to find any more buttons…
and yes, after the last defeat, when the arena should already end, you can play again and again indefinitely. this is some kind of cheat
Happening to me but can’t start a game since it throws an error each time and cant quit the run 
I also returned to the game few days ago and go t the same problem. Maybe its a bug for returning players… Please fix this asap. I like to play arena than other mods.
Same problem, literally have 3 loss checks and it will still let me in, can’t retire. 8-3 still goin lol
I have same issue. I was playing ‘blinded arena’ until 12 wins however i still can’t finish. The visual interface is bugged and minimized. I got push the retire button but acept button does not work. I researched on logs and i found this errors:

same problem cant open arena its just stuck and going in circle
Would be nice if this gets fixed before the new arena season .
