In the new hero mode duel, I was stuck on the settlement page and couldn’t do anything. He clicked on settlement and opened. After that, I kept stuck on that interface. After I forced to quit, all other modes were able to operate normally, but when I entered the duel mode, it was settled. Then it kept stuck. I tried to log in with a different client, but still nothing changes, pls fix it .

duel mode doesn’t work !!! (I don’t know how much I spent on passes and gold) I tried to go to normal mode and heroic and the game writes every time “Failed to create a match in duel mode. Try later.”
passes are spent and gold too !!! This is very unpleasant, especially when you spend money on the game!
