[Bug] Ladder Ready Decks - I cannot choose a free deck

Same issue here, still stuck on that screen.

  2. It says the trial is over and I should select a deck. When I click to claim a deck and confirm it nothing happens and I can‘t do anything in the game (the screen always appears when I go to the „Hearthstone“ section of game, so not able to play Ranked, Casual and stuff.

  2. Same as everyone here: I can’t confirm free ladder deck selection + can’t enter and play Hearthstone . My Blizzard account says I’ve already claimed the free deck (order EU944078769), but I haven’t actually received it.

  1. I have not previously claimed a ladder deck
  2. When I try to claim the deck, I get a confirmation window. Clicking either options acts as if I hit cancel.
  3. No I have not but I have bought packs, yet it was before the error.

I’d also like to note I’m a fiend and did discover a workaround. In the brief window between the “See Decks” option and the Deck Selection Window, you can spam the play button and get the ladder queue started.

If you miss/were too slow, you can reset the sequence by spamming the “My Collection” tab through the bugged window and then returning.

You are only able to queue as your most recently selected deck with this method, but can change the deck by challenging a friend and playing a match with the deck you do want to use on ladder.

Hope this helps someone because I caught the Hearthstone bug last Thursday and so help me god I’m going to play it

I am sorry but this is crazy that a company like Blizzard has this going on still. Imagine not bein able to queue up in ranked play for LoL or Dota for a week?

I’ve been like this for two weeks, it’s frustrating, it was said last week that it would be fixed and it’s still the same.

  1. As far as I know, I claimed the paladin deck first.
  2. I hit the confirm button for the paladin deck, and nothing happens.
  3. No.

Any update on this Sir?

Ok today I got the deck i claimed. however the pop up is still there i can’t play

Got my free deck now and the game is working as it should, so no more issues for me at least! Thank you for the help :saluting_face:

Hoping issue 1 and 2 get resolved asap for everyone else as well, especially those still blocked from playing!

The hotfix wasn’t fully deployed yet at the time of your post, Saud. Could you please check again?

If the pop-up still appears, please let me know if you’re using mobile or desktop client.

Folks, the 33.6.3 Hotfix is fully deployed. If you’re still seeing the pop-up, please leave a comment as a reply to this post.

[Edit] If you were in game when the hotfix happened, please make sure you restart your game client if you still can’t dismiss the pop-up.

Still not working for me. Pop up still appears and wont go away. It says in my account I chose a deathknight deck on the 11th. Once again I didn’t need any of the cards in ANY of these decks. Invoice number 4458195608

Could you please confirm me that you already restarted your game client in the last hour?

Yes, I restarted my game client, logged out and back in to battlenet, scanned and repaired my files as well. It is still popping up.
