Same here, can’t play ladder

Well, I can play the game now, but I still didn’t get any Ladder Ready Decks. So Blizzard still needs to fix that part of the problem.

Still not fixed here.
Also still encountering this issue. Ended up in the collection screen when trying to close the popup. Returned to main menu, picked a deck, then when going back into “Hearthstone” I got stuck again and could not claim anything.

Also cannot play - get caught at choose ladder-ready deck for which I have already selected a deck weeks back.

Same here, deck was already claimed and the problem persists on Windows, Linux and ios. The softlock started yesterday with the pop-up message that the free deck trial period expired.
Edit: After a few client restarts, the bug seems to have disappeared.
Exact same thing happened to me today. I claimed paladin deck and it’s locked on the claim screen. The deck is in the library though.

The issue has been fixed, but what about the deck I selected?!

The issue has been fixed of not being able to play at all, but the deck selected is still not there, the cards from it are also not in the collection. However, the selected deck is also not available for purchase in shop, so it must be a bug as well.

How was the issue fixed?! I am on europe and it s still the same problem….Reinstalled the app, tried everything, what a mess.
The deck selection screen blocking play happened to me too. Tried to redeem mage and now the screen is gone and i have none of the mage cards.
