Bug in Hearthstone Battlegrounds Collection

The first part is a known bug the second is not. I wouldn’t have included the known bug but I didn’t know it was known when I was recording it. Sorry.

  1. I bought the new skins bundle for Hearthstones Battlegrounds but the hero skins are unable to be equipped as favorites to actually be used. Paid for them but can’t use them.
  2. There is also a bug where the new item notification won’t clear. This notification has been there from the moment I got the new account. I either had the new Murloc Board already and Marked as Favorite the Default and the bug started then; or I had no Boards and favorited the Default and then got the Murloc Hideaway board and the notification has been there since. It has been there since the middle of the previous season.

This is very similar to the unable to Favorite the Murloc Hideaway but I can favorite it no problem. The “New Item” Notification will not go away.

I reported this somewhere on Blizzard’s site the same day I recorded the video but I can’t located the ticket.

I have the same problem, and, apparently the patch not resolved the issue…

I’m experiencing the same issue. The skins from the Queen’s Corrupted Spirits bundle Maldraxxus Illidan, Maldraxxus Vashj, and Y’Shaarj the Corrupt can’t be toggled as favourite skins, which is especially frustrating considering this is a paid bundle.

Same issue on my end. The Tavern at the Edge of Time Battlegrounds Bundle is bugged where the skins, Space Pirate Eudora, Time Travel Baz’hial, and Infinite Rat King can’t be favorited no matter what I do (log out, favorite/unfavorite other skins I have for them, restart client, etc).

same issue here, buy bundle but unable to favorite some skins
