The achievement says “Collect all 25 Forged in the Barrens Legendary cards.”
I collected 22 of them, disenchanted 2, found the other 3 that were missing.
No achievement.
For some reason you need to collect all Legendary Barrens cards at the same time, which I noticed shortly after disenchanting 4 Barrens legendarys
