Hi there,
So the achievement requirement is “Control a Redeemed Pariah with 10 attack or higher”. I fulfilled the requirement of 10 attack, by playing outcast cards, AND playing an Abusive Sergeant (+2 attack to a friendly minion for 1 turn). However, the achievement doesn’t take the +2 attack from Abusive Sergeant into account. The achievement log also shows it as 8/10.
So either the achievement text needs to be adjusted (upgrade it by playing 8 outcast cards) or the 10 attack should be allowed from any sources.
Edit: Yes, this was a standard Ranked game…

Same as op. I used abusive sergeant with dire wolf, hit 10 attack and got no credit. Achievement shows 7/10 attack
Imho working as inteded. Temporary buffs don’t count but perm buffs from outcast cards or from Costumed Entertainer (couple of those made it much easier) count. Wasn’t an easy one had to drop like 5k legend ranks lol.
I used only outcast cards and buffed it 8 times to 10 attack.
The achievement is still on 5 out of 10.
Is there a delay for this achievement?
I just buffed it up to 10 with only outcast cards and no achievement. In gameplay progress it says 6/10.
