You were playing a player who had their account flagged by a blizzard dev who flagged the account for rigged rng. The player was able to control and pick their desired “random” choices.
Works in gambling and voting devices, no reason it doesn’t work in a game.
i did this a few times, once it was fairly equal, as in 4 parrot bc, all 4 came, once i rolled taunts on all of them which is useless when board is full.
