Yesterday,i did buy tavern pass with my account"ZrceMadness" and was charged right away and Blizzard took my money,but this is where problem starts… I DID NOT GET IT! YPU TOOK MY MONEY AND GAVE ME NOTHING. I DEMAND YOU FIX THIS PROBLEM,BEACUSE THIS LOOKS LIKE STEALING!.
Which payment methode did you use?
Expansion launched yesterday and the tavern pass changed accordingly
If you bought too early you purchased the one that has been removed from the game
Anyway you should contact the support of the game
They can exchange packs bought on the wrong expansion on release days (as long as you did not open them) so they may be able to either process a return or unlock you the pass if it’s the mistake you made
I am having the same issue. I submitted a ticket and was told to report it as a bug.
I paid with my O2 sim on mobile.
Same happened to me, and I posted about it as well. Purchased on mobile and 2-3 days with no fix or even acknowledgement from the devs.
(To the other comment, no I did not purchase the Tavern Pass “too early”. I had completed the prior Tavern Pass a couple months ago. I did not purchase the next tavern pass until the new reward track was released.)
I had to figure out how to get a refund from google for the mobile purchase of the tavern pass and re-purchase it through the game on my PC instead.
Hac this problem on PC and had to log out and then back in for it to register. Does this work on mobile?
