Many people didn’t buy Headless Uther or Scholar Jaina because it didn’t have new voicelines. Now it does, but it’s no longer available for sale. IMO this isn’t correct, people deserve to have a chance to buy it again.

Maybe they will become available again next Halloween. Also, they said those portraits would receive new voice lines some time after they were released.
I was confused. I was playing Headless uther, and LOVED his echoy voice. Now he has rhyming voicelines. BRING BACK THE ECHOY VOICE. IT WAS PERFECT
