Blizzard Please acknowledge Stuck on free deck Selection Bug

Can we at least get an acknowledge a hot fix is coming? I’m sure there is some complicated logic that is causing this but all we need is someone to disable the function that calls that “ladder ready Decks” page while you work on the bug.

The “ladder deck ready” splash screen is stuck on my ranked game screen and is preventing me from playing. Good luck submitting a ticket into this multi million dollar, publicly traded company. They just force you to post on their forum. So stupid!

Bugs happen… Just wish they post and pin something when you have a bug that is preventing everyone from playing.

Bugs happen but this has been ongoing for over 4 hours with no acknowledgement and they want people to buy more expansions? Ok.

No fix but confirmed its only on US. When I switch regions the bug isn’t present and I can select a deck. At this point I’d just be happy with someone acknowledging the issue and ETA on the hot fix.

It would be nice to get this issue fixed! I’m stuck and can’t play because I’'m stuck on picking a deck which I already did but now the stupid banner won’t go away. Uninstall and re-install does’nt work. Sombody needs to acknowledge and get it fixied!

I guess if they never bother fixing this, I won’t ever have to play against boar or disco lock again.

Same for me. I can’t play ranked at all because it forces me to try to pick a deck after I already claimed one.

Im on EU region and also have the bug.

No one care. Please just buy more cards even if you can’t play. So stupid make modal window without ability to close it
