Blizzard need to rework Basic and classic card

how long blizzard rework basic and classic card
some are really overpower and some compete USELESS card

suggestion its card are useless but become useful with its rework

silverback patriarch
2 attack and 3 health with taunt
battlecry: add one random banana to you hand

banana list

mana cost 1 poison banana give minion -1/-1
mana cost 1 banana give minion +1/+1
mana cost 1 Rotten Banana deal 2 damage to a Damaged minion

Nobody will buff basic and classic sets. It would mean less need in cards from expansion. Overpowered cards from basic and classic are banned from standard mode every year (google for “hearthstone hall of fame”).
