It seems Blizz is no longer allowing mobile players to buy packs with gold. As soon as I try to use gold the game crashes. Hmm…
I bought packs with gold. No problem.

I’ve updated the title to show that it’s strictly targeted at mobile players.
in my case on mobile the game didnt crash there was a pause before the purchase of the packs completed with “name ???”
but after the pause i got the packs

Because as of 7:51am EST on 7/10/26, iPhone users still appear to be locked out of purchasing packs with gold.
android maybe its the same issue but iphones crash instead of having small delay?

Nope. Usually it just closes the game immediately. Today I saw a quick flash of the buying interface page for about a half second and then the app closed.
I’m hearing that Blizz is now trying to tell people it’s an Apple iOS issue and to call them.
