Blank image instead of hero portrait

Hi,
after the latest “Galakrond’s awakening” patch it seems that all of my character portraits are gone in-game - instead of seeing the portrait (whether a normal one or those you get after 1000 wins), I get a blank black image. Sometimes it’s for my opponents portraits while sometimes it only for my own.

Any input on what might cause this?

I have same problem. Game don’t shows images of heroes, hero powers, and gold coin in the menu next to the my money

Could you provide us the following information?

  • Platform (PC/Mac/Android/iPhone/etc)
  • OS Version

If you are on a mobile device, please ensure that all assets have been downloaded in options settings.
