I would like to share feedback regarding the Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season Pass in Belgium.
Belgian players currently cannot purchase the Battlegrounds Season Pass due to regional restrictions, apparently because the pass includes Battlegrounds Tokens. I understand that Blizzard has to follow local laws and regulations, and I am not asking for an unofficial workaround.
However, the current situation creates a real competitive disadvantage for Belgian Battlegrounds players.
For me, the main issue is not the tokens. The important part of the pass is the gameplay-related benefit of being able to choose between four heroes at the start of a game. At higher ratings, this can make a meaningful difference. I have been playing Battlegrounds since the beginning, I have bought the pass whenever I was able to, and I recently reached around top 300 in Europe. I would gladly pay for the pass again, but from Belgium there is simply no official way to do so.
This means Belgian players are placed at a disadvantage compared to players in other regions, even when they are willing to pay and want to play competitively.
I would like to ask Blizzard to consider a fair solution for Belgian players, such as:

a version of the Battlegrounds Season Pass without tokens;

a separate purchase for only the four hero choices;

another official way for Belgian players to access the gameplay-related benefits;

or, if selling the pass is not possible, a temporary solution for competitive players affected by this restriction.
Right now, the current system does not really benefit anyone. Blizzard cannot sell the pass to Belgian players, and Belgian players who enjoy Battlegrounds competitively are left behind because of their region.
I hope this can be looked into by the appropriate team, because I really enjoy Battlegrounds and would like to continue playing it competitively in a fair way.
