Battlegrounds FREQUENT disconnects and inability to rejoin

Starting in the week of the 26th of May I have experienced roughly 15-20 disconnects mid game resulting in an inability to reconnect to a hearthstone battlegrounds game across stable internet connections and verified download files.

I have also experienced this bug both solo and in a party both as the leader and not.

The most frustrating things about the bug is waiting for a match of battlegrounds to finish once I’m disconnected from the game and once I am able to acess the UI again, there is a net 0 MMR gain on the game, despite my position being in a 1v1 for example in the game.

I have never made a thread on any bug or topic in a game ever before. I am doing this solely because the bug has made this game go from being one of my favorite ways to spend my free time to forcing me to play something else entirely.

I am a new player (started in mid May 2025) and I feel my purchase of the battle pass is now a waste of my money. If I re-roll token a hero on a disconnect game, I dont get it back. If the game disconnects me, I dont gain experience towards leveling the battle pass.

Please Blizzard, please fix this bug. <3

Heys, ive noticed this for the last week too. (the week prior I was on holiday so didn’t notice much), but this week it’s unbearable. 3 out of 4 battlegrounds will have me full on DC about half way through the game and even after a full restart it will not reconnect to the game. I have a very stable net connection and its only started co-inciding with other player reports of it too. Ive had to start recording my MMR so I can figure out if im even coming 4th or not in these games. So far im still net gain, the only way to cheese it right now it get a high armor champ from the off, play fast and aggressive and just live in hope you come out 4th+!

Does anyone know if the devs are working on this?
