CONSTANT DISCONNECTIONS ON BATTLEGROUNDS.
This just did it for me I can’t take one more disconnect in the middle of the match and every time it’s “UNABLE TO RECONNECT” with the game just not existing, the reroll tokens gone and no rating. 3 times in 3 hours, completely unplayable.
Uninstalling and never playing again thank you.
Blizzard get your but off, this Problem is still pending.

Turns out I’m not the only one experiencing crashes and issues. Such un-loneliness, it’s almost poetic.
Now to the point:
Because of these crashes, I’m constantly losing Battlegrounds reroll tokens. I’ve lost around 10 or so, maybe more — I stopped counting. And of course, it always happens at the worst possible time.
The funniest part? I’m playing from Ukraine, my friend is in Poland, and we’re having identical issues at the exact same time.
According to support, these are local problems.
Really? Two different countries, same moment, same issue?
I get that bugs happen. But when they literally steal an in-game resource — something you either earn or pay for — it stops being funny.
By the way, did anyone else have issues on the 3rd, when the Blizzard site went down and Hearthstone had login queues? I couldn’t even launch the game properly.
Blizzard, please pay attention. We are not isolated cases.
Same, and what’s more disgusting is I’m typing this as it is attempting to reconnect to a game that I was kicked out of 15 minutes ago. No matter how many times I exit and restart, it is trying to reconnect now. I’ve been dropped from so many games - its time to move on.
Same problem here, until now when it disconected me i didnt lose point but rn few mins ago i lost points so it’s very annoying
I have same crap here for past few days…
One twist though, it happens mostly when I get to final 4 (my irl RNG is on the lowest low u cut off “bell curve”). Since disconect with no recconection does not count tward “win” quests it takes me ages to complete any ;/
@SteamGurru I’m from Chile and have the same issue as you guys. So that makes 2 cases in Europe and one in South America.
I am in US and having the same issues… so definitely not local.

I am at that point as well. Usually play while waiting for groups to form in WoW but this is getting so frustrating going on for over a week and getting worse with no way to actually report a bug. Thinking of deleting all Blizzard at this point!
Just to clarify — I reinstalled the game, and before that, I reinstalled Windows and downloaded everything again from scratch. Is that the same as deleting the game?
another time losing points cause server’s connection. Blizzard do something or dont make losing points everytime…
2 games in a row, disconnect and won’t reconnect. On average the past 2 weeks-ish it’s every 2 or 3 games this happens. Sometimes I’m sit on reconnecting for 15 minutes. Wtf this needs to be fixed. It’s always when I’m top 4 and with a solid build. Do they not want me above 3500??!!
Same here, and I’m in Switzerland. I’ve had multiple disconnects over the past few days, as well as the case when it disconnects you but then you can’t start any new games because every time you try to open Hearthstone again, it just says “Trying to reconnect”. Has anyone been told that they’re addressing this issue?
They are aware that the last hotfix did not fix this issue for all players.
I just came to report the same issue. I was dealing with glitches for few weeks but at least the game wasn’t freezing. Now there are no more glitches but the game freezes and it’s impossible to return to the game even after restarting the app.
Same issue here, when in the world will they fix this issue. I’ve tried everything, and I have a very powerful pc and internet connection and 0 problems with any other game or anything else. This is VERY clear that it’s a hearthstone battlegrounds problem. Can they just try and work on something this important, instead of doing other things that can’t be as important as fixing an unplayable game for a long time? O.o This is pretty much equal to or WORSE than if servers went down completely. The game is unplayable…
I’m having the same issue. I’m in Canada. It happened every single game, but I’m able to reconnect in about a minute or so. But it’s still costing me time and wins. I thought about getting a season pass at first but I will definitely not be getting it with these issues.
