You want a “ban” list, not a “band” list. As far as I know, Elite Tauren Chieftain is the only Hearthstone-related band
He technically is on the ban list… FOR TAVERN BRAWL. But banning the strongest character in a mode nobody would even play them in is one of Blizzards usual stand by strategies to diffuse complaints.
