Inductive Gyroblade says “At the end of your turn, get a Magnetic Satellite. (Improved by each Tavern spell you’ve cast this turn!) ” which definitely implies that if Balinda Stonehearth makes a targeted spell cast twice, it should improve the trinket twice, but it doesn’t. I double checked during my game and each spell that casted twice only gave the trinket +4/+4.
I believe the word “you” is quite important here.
When Balinda causes a spell to be cast twice, the second cast is not from “you”.
This is incorrect. When you have Belinda you are the one casting twice or three times. This interaction should work.
Are you basing that on an actual known game rule, or just on your gut feeling?
i am willing to believe this is a battlegrounds bug on a gut feeling
we can only wait tell the next patch to see if its in the notes
It is NOT a known bug because it’s working as intended. All Belinda Does is duplicate a spell being cast onto a Target specifically. You are correct in that Belinda duplicates the effect onto the target but the second spell is coming from Belinda specifically and not YOU so you only get one upgrade.
It’s the same reason why when Fauna Activates it is targeting but Belinda is duplicating the Fauna effect so would never buff the trinket because YOU the player never cast the original spell or the Belinda duplicate.
