ive seen a dude pull off 12 in a row for a free drink.
i think he cheated somehow.

Blizzard does everything it can to hide manipulations, but it can’t eliminate them because only through them can it control the game and, above all, maximize revenue. There are registered patents confirming game manipulation aimed at influencing players’ minds and emotions to induce spending; look them up online. A well-known manipulation among Arena players is turn 3 after you’ve won the first two. Who hasn’t noticed that it’s often a very difficult obstacle? There are psychological and research reasons that point to this turn as the one where the player must tilt and become demoralized. Some will say, “OK, but the opponent on the other side wins,” and I answer: do you actually have an independent body that guarantees that it’s not Blizzard on the other side? You have no way of knowing for sure that the opponent is human; there’s no chat (and even that would be less than conclusive today with chatbots).
You are either bad at this game or overly optimistic about the capabilities of modern software. Or both
This isn’t the US court system.
I’ve been playing this game for a while and nothing RNG about this game. No randomness, everything follows a calculated algorithm probably through AI. In a casino the house always wins, very little random luck.
It’s pretty obvious. I play a deck for fun with 40 cards, 4 of which are a gimmick in which two of the cards summon the other two 11 cost minions that are unplayable without a Ysera or something. It’s completely unreal that 30/30 games in a deck of 40 I’ve drawn the 11 cost minions in the first 3 turns, effectively rendering at least one of them useless. Uncanny how many times a game winning card is (literally) the last card in deck, and the game could have been won 7-8 turns earlier. The it’ll be in your opening hand next game. So much “strategy “.
Sorry, but I don’t think you’ll get much sympathy for not being able to cheat out Ultragigasaur with lifesteal
Congratulations on missing the point entirely ![]()
Even more things are controlled by RNG since they added “Add random cards into your hand” instead of Discovery cards if you check on the new set.. I feel this game has nothing to do with skills anymore.. because the OP mechanics and the controlled RNG wins the match.. in other words.. the game plays itself and decide who wins without giving a chance to the other one.. This is everything but not fun..
The player is rarely even involved in the outcome. It’s uncanny how many games have some “dramatic moment” in which the person draws the only card in the deck that can change the course of the game (or even more laughable, discovers one of the few cards in the game). The outcome was handed to that person on a silver platter, win or lose. Rng (and possibly scripted outcomes) are the only relevant factor in outcomes. There are always clowns who live in this delusion that somehow their play had any impact and that they weren’t just a passenger on the RNG train. Which then of course emote followed by hiding from you after the game because they know they’re about to be called out.
Hearthstone and especially the Arena is a pile of criminal garbage, we must fight, we must demonstrate that it is all a pile of lies, we must report to the authorities that a coercive and mandatory internal investigation is needed at Blizzard where external technicians verify that there is no manipulation of matchmaking and RNG, if they were to confirm such manipulations related for example to who pays, or even worse the presence of Blizzard bots or users who have specific advantages over others, they should immediately proceed with the dismantling of Blizzard, mass firing of every single employee, investigation into those who knew, arrests, convictions, in short a total destruction of Blizzard that can create a new era of healthy video games, without cheats or secrets, where every user is equal to the other
I wish they made some laws against the practice like blizzard would end up guilty of. It’s not only Blizzard though. Too many games makers use some form of manipulation to try and get their players to spend money. It’s no longer about the game, it about keeping them spending while playing the game.
Sorry but a computer flipping a coin is NOT the same as a person doing it. Computers by nature CAN’T be random.
Is a computer really random:
Technically, no; standard computers are deterministic, meaning they follow strict logic to produce predictable outputs, making true “100% randomness” impossible on their own.
Game is rigged but not in a way against someone (i hope so). They mess with probability so more unexpected outcomes happens ofter. They think that is fun for players, who try to play strategy game but game is pure roll the dice type!
I love you.
20 characters.
And also steal their AI girlfriends just in spite!!!
