Cannot logon to Asia with any account. America and Europe work fine. Game hangs at Traven Door.

If possible, please run this winMTR test for about 15 minutes and update this post with the test results. While the test is running please launch the game and try to connect to the server that is giving you a problem to make sure it’s still happening while the test is running.
I can log on to the Asia server from my Windows computer, but when I try to log on from my iPhone X or from my iPad Mini it either seems to time out or it takes a really long time to log on. EU and NA I have no problem with, this is just for the Asia server.
