Is the asia server down right now?
I’m playing from Melbourne, Australia and currently the game stalls at the startup loading screen for Asia, yet not for when I try to start the game on the EU or US servers.
The only other thing I have done differently to normal was just buy some card packs from the blizzard store desktop app for Asia.

If possible, please run this winMTR test for about 15 minutes and update this post with the test results. While the test is running please launch the game and try to connect to the server that is giving you a problem to make sure it’s still happening while the test is running.
Same issue now on EU server
