Arfus pet how do you disable

I recently bought the arfus pet on the darkmoon fair and now I cant disable the pet. Does anyone know how to disable the pet and stop it from showing up in games?

go to collection - click the paw print on the upper right - go to pets - click the dog pet - unfavorite the dog pet (click on it to make the heart disappear).
