F.y.i.: My message to them

Hello Blizzard

My game crashes nonstop, and now that I’ve found this website, I can understand that I’m far from the only one.
It’s ALWAYS in the shop or My Collection, but also frequently during a game … which is why I now close the app after a game or two to avoid this. Which is extremely time consuming and not very satisfying for a player’s flow.
I’ve only played this game for about two or three months, so I can only imagine how regular players must feel like.
Is there any reason to believe that these bugs will be fixed anytime soon?

I would post this under the Bug Report sub forum and include your device and operating system version.

They know there are many problems. They comissioned a study to estimate the cost of rebuilding the codebase. They declined to proceed and the game will stay in this state until it is retired.

Any references for this?

Hm, Hearthstone doesn’t crash on my phone at all. Runs almost like the PC version. Depending on your phone, system requirements on mobile are higher than they were, say 6 years ago. If it’s crashing it is likely not having enough RAM (or processor isn’t powerful enough).
