Android app crash when login after latest patch

Hello, so after I update with latest patch, every time I try to login the app just crash itself , does my phone or too old or what should I do to fix it?

My phone: Vivo Y15s

Update: reinstallation and cache clearing didn’t fix it

After use vpn it start to download but after download finish it crash on main menu(either use vpn or not)

same in my Samsung tab it always crashes now and then update:uninstall/install game, game still crashes ooof

After Updated with the Android app store, the game opens and tries to download the latest patch, then crashes.

Seems like they broke the game with the latest patch.

Same Problem, Iphone 15 pro, everything updated. It works for me only outside of WiFi. I got 1GB/s connection. It worked for me, when i go via mobile connection, log into hearthstone, after that, switch to WiFi. Than everything works fine.
Maybe after the update WiFi Log In Problem?

Same thing was. Just reinstalled the app and now have issue with log in. Trying to log in and it ask me to log in one more time.

Same happens on my xiaomi. Contacting “technical support” was an absolute waste of time. It also crashes in different ways and gets stuck on the “login page”… what crappy coding!

Thanks for the reports!

We’re currently investigating a couple of crashes that can occur as a result of missing files due to lack of space on the device.

If you have less than 1 gigabyte of free space available with your current installation, please free up some space until you have at least that, and then do a fresh reinstall (including clearing Cache and Data as per the instructions here).

The same is of course worth a try even if you did already have more space, and rest assured we will continue to review for potential issues and fixes on our side as well!

I’ve managed to connect via 1.1.1.1 vpn and it start to update but still crash on main menu.

I’ve plenty of space available, but it still doesn’t let me log in and play. I’ve experienced a multiple series of crashes, loops and even after I finally login on my account from the app, it gets stuck there without going back to the game. Sad! I’ve Xiaomi 12 5g Android 14.

Any update to fix this error?

I have over 10 gigs of free space on my iPad, and the crashing has been reported for over a year.

How come this hasn’t been responded to or addressed? Why does it take so long to reconnect to a game? Why does it we not have the option to turn off additional character skin animations, as this makes the problem significantly worse.

And why is there never a response from the mods?

Gosh, that was the same fake response a year ago as well.
