The meta is filled with smart guys who think they can ruin rafaam. Little do they know this deck might not care because it can kill with Wallow, the Wretched.
Priest thought they were so smart when they ratted out a rafaam. 36 damage to the face.

Been using Dark Gift in my Godfrey deck. Not Rafaam though.
Gotta love Wallow.

It has good cards though, especially the 6 damage and 1/1s and shield. And you can find rafaams with dark gifts in the deck.
I haven’t went back to wallow for a while. I’m messing with the new imp stuff.
But the imp stuff is less of a win con but more support, but it’s not the kind of support that helps rafaam or herald as much as the more meta stuff.
Like just now I used ancient augur + herald to snipe out a priest’s incomplete quest taunt. And my cursed chains took his 6/6 DR and the 3/3 reborn that heal (so yes I healed myself a lot without needing to run heals myself). He was going for the whole reborn geist thing so yeah that ruined him, with or without imps.
My micrometa is so dumb right now that this deck of mine is practically useless. Everyone and their mom runs hyperoptimized super fast netdecks that kill - or at least dominate - within only 5-6 rounds.
I used a typical simplistic Void Soul DH and immediately won while this one can’t do much if within 3 or 4 rounds only it must clear.
