Agamaggan Nerf, to fit with how the game actually functions

Look, card isn’t broken by any means. And no matter how much I stress that its just a interesting mechanic piece, I said nerf so people are going to come yelling about how its so weak and a nerf is wrong.

BUT, I think the card should not OVERKILL the opponent. Cant pay Mana that isnt in the pool, so you can drop a 10 drop when they have 9 or less life. Card basically stay the same, just forces whoever plays it to have exact change to kill with it.

And before the other side “He just lost to it” show up as well, no i did not. I PLAY quest hunter. And I think it would be more thematic this way.

So we’d go from Agamaggan getting a guaranteed kill at a threshold, to maybe once in a blue moon you get Agamaggan doing exact damage for a kill. Honestly I’m fine with how the card functions currently. It’s a neat interaction that gives you burst damage if you have chipped them down enough. The only thing making it semi-broken right now is Quest Hunter, but it still requires them to run an expensive cost card in their deck for it to work in the first place.

The card is not broken with the ability to overkill, I just don’t agree that you can pay for something without the proper pool. The deck even plays the dragon to kill anyways. They don’t need the confirm on Agamaggan anyways.

Yes you did.

Wow, look. Its that guy who only shows up to insult people. Has no opinions, just insults.

Again, I am actively playing the deck. I just think the card should not overkill because it doesn’t make sense thematically for the game. Now go away and find somewhere else to troll.

Read the card, it says UP TO 10, that means even if your opponent doesn’t have enough. It also says costs health not mana

By your logic if you have a minion with more attack than your opponent has health, it can’t attack them

It’s the cost part.

You can’t spend more corpses, Mana, or health than you yourself have.

Agg is an exception to the rule. I don’t really mind it, but I can see why they didn’t want hunter getting that so trivially with a quest.

Well technically because you can go into negative health values, you can actually spend the health for the mana. They also made a recent change with Arisen Onyxia so that you could play her 8 cost minions at lower than 8 health right? On her initial release if you dropped someone to 8 health or lower you basically turned off your opponent from being abe to use it, but that was a bug.

so you lost to DK? the only reason i can think for you to suggest the change to be reversed

No, I’m making the point that based on how the game works with Arisen Onyxia, Agamaggan works correctly.

Yeah, but only because you aren’t actually spending health while she is on the field, you are gaining it.

So it was weird that you couldn’t gain health because you didn’t have enough health that you wouldn’t be spending anyway.

You still can’t go negative with health cost minions generated from Onyxia if she is not on the field.

So Agg is the only place you are allowed to go negative on health from payments.

Even though you aren’t going negative, the payment allowance is still allowing a negative though. Arisen Onyxia just replaces going negative into a gain of health. I guess it depends on how the code views it, but I’m still pointing to Arisen Onyxia as a justification for how Agamaggan works

i wonder if OP knows Agamaggan is getting some kinda buff tomorrow.

they buff Agamaggan tomorrow…but change the hunter quest…maybe hunter is better than LMAO…100% the quest hunter will be unplayable after touch the quest!

but i think the quest is xtra nerfed to made the quest hunter useless.spiderling maybe nerfed tomorrow 2/2 then attack druid is useless too. q mage nerfed…only priest and warrior and warlock no nerfs GG

because the most important is thet warrior, priest, warlock stay top three and the boring DK…and the rest become nearly unplayable against  and maybe the DK become more OP too tomorrow…

but q hunter, face hunter, q mage, mage, void demon hunter, attack druid, must be unplayable! maybe is not good for warrior, priest, warlock they can lose games…versus this classes. and who buy then the class sets anymore…and use money, gold,or dust for the cards…

this will stay (warrior, priest, warlock only playable classes) maybe up to next expansion 0.o

its just a troll game…idk how can this be e sport…when 5 (maybe 7) classes complete unplayable from 11…

It’d be interesting to see if the Agamaggan buff actually pushes for Warlock to use the card.

they buff it 100% zeddy say it. then after buffs and nerfs = quest mage, attack druid, q hunter unplayabe…demon hunter unplayable…

and priest, warrior, warlock, shaman, maybe roge + DK (100% buffs)good…the rest unplayable

but priest and warrior no nerfs…is so typical

100% that priest, warrior and warlock stay 100% as the top 3…maybe until next dlc LOL

is important too buff Agamaggan…the most important is that warrior, priest, warlock are the top 3…and the rest classes useless

the most important is that warrior, warlock, priest are the three playable classes left…and the rest classes unplayable!

more damage fpr the game = more player stop playing
