There is no date mentioned on the Battleground Season pass, make this clear for everyone so we can make a decision on whether to buy or not. Very anoying this info isnt mentioned and very obviously displayed.

Doubt they will do anything about it though.
I informed them about them being in Active violation of EU LAW.
They told me on customer support to post it on the forum.
Essentially they arent showing us price mechanics regarding the Darkmoon Faire Treasures ingame in a place we can easily see it - we have to go to a website outside the game to find that. On the bottom of the page too.
After I told them about it - all they did was make it its own website - instead of being intentionally hidden with CSS styling on another unrelated page lol.
They are still in violation, the website wasnt the point (they have to include the prices. ingame. shocker XD)
Therefore;
I dont think they prioritize giving us clear info regarding what we purchase.
I think predatory business practices suck, but honestly if a person in the modern age doesn’t have the werewithal to do their due diligence in doing a basic check of things, then it’s kinda on them at that point.
Can you file a report with the EU? Get the regulators to do their job!
I will soon, but this takes time, much longer than just a simple forum post, though it is required now, seeing as they left my legal emails on IGNORE.
Ive given them plenty more time than I specified (2 weeks) - mainly because I was occupied with other issues, but guess it is grounds for it now.
Which is a shame, as I dont wanna waste time on this, but I submitted plenty of information regarding these issues, to both CS and Legal emails, and to my knowledge based on all info I have received so far is - I am to post this on the forum, a forum which to this day still doesnt have an actual specificed section for actual game feedback on the overall game.
(it does for singleplayer and “website” - but not for the main modes or shop)
So the forum is not an option for that it seems, forcing outside intervention - if they do not want to actually listen to the warning flags from payers players.
