Achievement unlocked but not the reward (Diamond Loatheb)

I have unlocked the achievement “Soldiers of the Cold Dark” which rewards you with a Diamond Loatheb card.
But I have never received the reward in my collection. I only have the normal version of the card.
I would really like for this to be fixed as it is a card I want to use and I’ve used real-life money on the expansion.
I was told by Game Master Crisaaciot to report the issue here as he could not fix it for me through the Blizzard Support.
