Greetings, friends!

Patch 35.0 is here! As a reminder, this will be our Highlights and Known Issues thread for the whole CATACLYSM cycle.

Please find below some of the issues we’re tracking, with updates to follow as we learn more.

[Update April 9] Twilight Cultist Whitemane Bundle listed “full” in description when it is actually a lite skin.

• The bundle has been removed from the Shop while we update the description to correctly reflect its contents.
• Players who purchased the bundle while it had the incorrect description will receive 1,000 Runestones. We’re currently targeting Friday, April 10 – Saturday, April 11 for the Runestones to be delivered.
• The Whitemane skin will not be removed from players who already purchased the bundle.

Runestones will be added directly to the in-game balance of affected players. There will be no in-game pop-up or notification when this occurs.

[Update April 9: HEAL-UP COMPLETED] [Collection] Missing Random Legendary card from the pre-purchase bundles: Some players that purchased CATACLYSM pre-purchase bundles last minute were unable to claim the two random legendary card. We’ll be soon deploying a heal-up to address this; affected players will receive their 2 Legendaries once the process is completed. the cards will appear as an in-game pop-up “It’s a Legendary Card!” & “Your bundle contained CARDNAME!”)

[Update April 9: HEAL-UP COMPLETED] Myth of The Scarab achievement doesn’t progress as it should: We’ll be deploying a heal-up to fix an issue with Myth of Scarab achievement. Players that reached Legend in both Standard and Wild after 35.0 content unlock but before 35.0.2 will have their achievement progress updated correctly.

Tracked Issues

• [Collection] Twilight Cultist Whitemane Bundle listed “full” in description when it is actually a lite skin.
• • The skin has been removed from the shop; we’re working on a heal-up (please see the Highlights).
• [Collection] Nathanos Blightcaller is showing a TEMP art image.
• [Cosmetics] Duality Azshara portrait can change to Lord Slitherspear when defeated.
• [Hearthstone] Players can discover Fel Infusion from Hive Map even when Player has no heralds in their Deck
• [Hearthstone] Signature Sheltered Survivor may cause cards to hover over the board
• [Hearthstone] Dark Gift spells cannot discover Herald cards.
• [Battlegrounds] Rune of Damnation (The Jailer’s Hero Power) can be offered by Power of the Storm (Nguyen’s Hero Power) on turn 1.
• [Hearthstone] Overload cards do not visually show the locked crystals on mana tray on mobile (example: For All Time)
• [Disconnects on Samsung S26 Ultra and S20 Plus devices] We’re currently working on a fix to address disconnect issues affecting Samsung S26 Ultra devices, which will be included in a future update.
  In the meantime, as a temporary mitigation to help reduce the frequency of disconnects, we recommend setting the Frame Rate option to Low in the app settings.
• [Collection] Raptor Herald is missing from the Core set.
• [Hearthstone Achievements] We’re aware of an issue where players cannot complete the Cataclysm Neutral Collector achievement even though they own all Neutral cards. This will be fixed in an upcoming hotfix.
• [Darkmoon Faire Treasures] The USD/EUR Equivalent pricing in the 35.0 patch is displaying incorrectly for conversion in China. The display will be corrected in a future patch.
• [Hearthstone] Arisen Onyxia does not allow you to play cards if you don’t have more Health than their cost. We will update her in a future patch to allow an exception to the general rule when she’s in play.
• [Hearthstone] Nespirah, Unshackled does not include Azshara, Ocean Lord in its generation pool if you have Herald cards in your deck. This is the intended result, but the card’s text will be updated in a future patch to make this clear.
• [Hero Skin] Demon Hunter Malfurion is using incorrect art.
• [Tavern Pass] Level 100 reward cannot be claimed.
• [Collection] Signature Ebyssian’s token is not of Signature quality (it is Golden). This will be corrected in a future patch.
• [Solo] Dr. Boom’s final puzzle in The Boomsday Project’s The Secret Lab cannot be completed.
• [Collection] Diamond Victor Nefarius appears in lower resolution.
• [Hearthstone] T.N.T. from Boomboss Tho’grun can target the same card more than once.

35.0 Resolved Issues

• [Achievement] Myth of The Scarab achievement doesn’t progress as it should. [Update April 9] Heal-up completed.
• Fixed an issue where Cho’gall, Mastermind’s Arms could stop applying his effect after they took damage.
• Fixed an issue where Genn, Cursed King could fail to transform after some cards had their cost changed (ie Aviana, Elune’s Chosen, Prescient Slitherdrake)
• Fixed an issue where Dread Leviathan could steal an incorrect amount of Health from damaged minions.
• Fixed an issue where Ultraxion could display the wrong Herald numeral in some cases.
• Fixed an issue where Victor Nefarius’s crafted Undead Dragon pool could be missing some intended options from Wild sets.
• Fixed an issue where Sylvanas’s Triumph cast by Nagaling could fail to trigger effects properly.
• Fixed an issue where Confront the Tol’vir generated by Planted Evidence could repeatedly recast itself.
• Fixed an issue where cards transformed into Coins by Agent of the Old Ones could retain unintended effects.
• [Collection] We’re aware that Ebyssian Legendary is currently obtainable from CATACLYSM packs; please read [here].
• [Collection - Diamond Deathbringer Saurfang] Diamond Deathbringer Saurfang is not correctly showing up in collection now that Deathbringer Saurfang has rotated from Core.
• [Arena] We’re investigating reports of players not receiving the expected ticket refund after retiring an invalid Arena deck. More info here.
• [Hearthstone Login Issues - Mar 25th] Error message “CLOSED: The game was unable to log you in through the Blizzard services. Please wait a few minutes and try again.” - This is being investigated.
• [Shop] We’re currently investigating the Colossal-Sized Signature Mega Bundle being unavailable for purchase.
• [Hearthstone] Another Timelooper Toki is not granted after playing the required spells.
• • [Update] We’re also investigating a similar issue with Edwin, Defias Kingpin, Flint Firearm, and Training Session.
• [Tavern Brawl] We’re investigating an issue where players are unable to spend Tavern Tickets to enter the Pre-Release Tavern Brawl on mobile. As a temp workaround while we work on a fix, please consider using a desktop client.
• • [Update] This should now be resolved. Please check the app store for an update, more info here.
• [Collection] We’re investigating reports of Legendary Cards from pre-purchase bundles not being delivered in game. → [Update] Cards are being delivered now.
• [Collection] Packs obtained through the pre-purchase bundles’ codes registered after 35.0 are not being delivered in game. → Packs are being delivered now.
• The new Rogue Hero Skin Sinestra (CATACLYSM Mega Bundle) has the Demon Hunter icon on some assets.
• [Battlegrounds] Some Hero Skins can’t be set as Favorite.
• [Shop] Unowned Full Ranked Hero Skins in the for You page have the same description as Lite skins.
• • [Update] We’re updating the descriptions; non-English locales might take a little longer to update.
• [Menu] Sometimes, there is no music in the main menu.
• [Collection] We’re investigating an issue with crafting or disenchanting cards. [Update] Fixed!
• [In-Game Event] We’re investigating the reports of Wave 1 ending earlier for some users.

Im having some kind of weird bug on mobile. I have a 3 loss reward chest pop up that is empty and I have no way of getting past it to play the new event stuff. Im on android and the chest is from right before the update I played a bad mage deck got 3 losses in a row and now it just pops up congratulations with a chest thats empty and no way past it. Plz fix it. I have already cleared my phone cache and even re-downloaded the whole game and its still popping up.

Got a empty chest, but still got rewards, (after i restartet the game) but old exp packs, i Played before update, i have opened them, and the new from, the crono event, that got released after update… but i am stuck at a empty chest now to, and cant get passed it.

I have a bug where I try to play the pre-release brawl and i am stuck on a congratulations screen showing a chest. I open the chest and nothing ever comes out of it and now I cannot play the pre-release brawl at all because the screen is stuck and there is no way to bypass it or stop it from occuring. I have tried switching regions, restarting the client, logging in and out, and on mobile and PC. Both have yielded the same result. I am barred from playing pre-release tavern brawl and I can’t do anything about it. Is there anyway to fix this?

I had a card chosen for the brawl that now is banned from the brawl so i cannot continue my run or edit my deck. It was the paladin murloc quest.

What about the issues that existed before the patch? I, like some others, never received my two packs for 10 wins (the “Choose Your Champion” sub-requirement). And no, the answer that “It only worked in Standard” doesn’t count — it’s explicitly stated several times on the website:

Want a bonus you can count on? Lock in 10 Ranked wins during the promotional period & earn 2 more Lost City of Un’Goro card packs!

Go all-in? Extra bonus! Win 10 Ranked games during the promotional period & earn 2 additional Lost City of Un’Goro packs!

Additionally, players who win 10 Ranked games in Hearthstone during the Voting Period will win an additional two card packs from The Lost City of Un’Goro expansion.

The conditions are written three times, and not a single word is written about the fact that this is only about the standard mode, and the wild ranked wouldn’t count.

Issues with hero skins:

1.Diamond Genn Greymane appears blurry/jagged on mobile.(Alternatively, all Diamond skins appear blurrier on mobile devices compared to the PC version.)

2 .Arachnid Kerrigan’s in-combat avatar background incorrectly uses regular Kerrigan’s purple background on mobile and is missing its unique arrogant head-shaking entrance animation.

Thank you for your hard work. The display issue with Diamond Genn Greymane has been fixed, but the bug with Arachnid Kerrigan still persists. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

My phone models are: Samsung S23, S25U, and iQOO Neo10 Pro+. I’ve asked several friends, and they have also encountered this bug. Therefore, I suspect this bug is widespread rather than limited to specific models.
