is not being able to attack with your hero, by dragging your weapon a bug? i dont see a mention of that in the patch notes

I also click on the Battlegrounds play button with no response.

Since patch I cannot click the Play button when inside the Battlegrounds lobby. Single player or Duo. After a few minutes I get a “You are offline” pop up. I am not offline. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and battlenet app multiple times. Deleted cache folders, disabled firewall settings. flushed DNS, changed public IPs
nothing changes.

Mine has been down all day since they forced the stupid update on me this morning - I’m in Australia it’s been 11hrs now

I understand that the fix might not be simple, that these things take time if its something major. I do, however, think there should be an update for sure. we don’t know what broke so I am prepare to reserve judgement as far as if its being addressed quickly or not. However–I would like some kind of a sit rep, as this is a critical issue.

the fix should be simple. a company of this caliber should have a roll back procedure in place for exactly this issue!

I wonder if they dumped their codebase into Claude and their rollback SOP got “refactored.” On a real note, this is insane, honestly.

Hi! I have noticed that many of the cardbacks I had have disappeared from my collection, especially those from packs I bought in the store. Has it happened to anyone else? (It also happens to me that the button to play ranked games is blocked, and if I enter battlegrounds and press the start game button, nothing happens).

My computer has Windows 7, could it be related to the error? Because I’m watching streamers playing normally, so I deduct that it won’t be a general failure.

Surely you’d have it fixed by now for crying out loud!! You broke the best part of the game!! No one cares about the arena we just want to play battlegrounds!

Same issues here still. No shop, battlegrounds not working. I dont see anything about this other than “Tracking” from Bliz. Kinda upsetting to be honest. Its the only game I really enjoy playing anymore.

I have the same issue game not working and regular mode greyed out. Battlegrounds button does nothing.
