I believe the card back is actually there in the collection, but for the monthly reward, the default one is shown indeed. Perhaps they’ve just forgotten to activate it.
Typical of some generic Rednecksville denizens. Asking any stranger stupid things like, ‘What state are you from?’, or about some ‘zip code’, never heard of time zones, don’t know more than one language (and even that is bad 
) at least at some level etc, but always eager to declare: ‘Ridiculous!’
