Rogue , weapon , lifesteal , -1 heal below and i lose the game cause of that bug/mechanics whatever…
its weird below 0 heal he could restore life and stay in the game
It was intended, the damage and heal should happen at the same time, but you just see a visual that does not correspond to what is actually happening.

Yeah, but you not actually seeing the health going up with a fun animation would probably be worse than attacking and your health just pop positive.
