Hello,
My account seems to be stuck in the wrong Hell difficulty state.
I have switched to Hell I and confirmed the setting on both PC and mobile. However, I cannot enter dungeons that require Hell I (like Hidden Verge), because the system thinks I am still in Hell II.
Other players can enter just fine, but I keep getting the message: “You are below Hell II difficulty.”
I have tried logging out, changing zones, switching Hell levels, clearing cache, and even reinstalling — nothing works.
Please help me resync my account’s difficulty state so I can continue progressing.

Okay, so your hero is in Hell I difficulty…
Abyssal Verge is only available at Hell II (and above).
As your hero is in Hell I, the message is entirely correct, and is telling you that your hero is in a difficulty that is below the minimum difficulty required, i.e. Hell II.
Do you have access to Hell II, i.e. have you killed the last raid boss of Hell I to unlock it?
You should also move the thread, as Technical Support isn’t the right place for it…

Under your opening post, click on the small blue pencil icon to enter Edit Mode. In the Edit window, at the top-right, there will be a drop-down list of all the sub-forums. Choose General Discussion from the list, then click Save. That’ll move the thread.
